John serves as Senior Vice President & Head of U.S. Field, and oversees allField performance for CNA. He is responsible for the execution of CNA’s strategic business plan, and production and profitability objectives within theBranch framework.John is a proven insurance executive. He joined CNA in 2012, and successfully and profitably led the Dallas Branch for seven years, before expanding his Branch Manager leadership role to include oversight ofOklahoma and Arkansas.Prior to CNA, John spent 15 years at AIG and eight years at Chubb serving within various underwriting leadership positions of increasing scope and responsibility. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration in Marketing fromJohn Carroll University. John has achieved his Charter Property and CasualtyUnderwriter certification, and serves as a Board Member for both theInsurance Council of Texas and the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation.
